New countries have appeared in the VTB application to which you can send a money transfer. The conditions include receiving them in cash. However, there is no information on operations with these countries on the company’s website. Frank Media drew attention to updates to the organization’s mobile app.

The VTB app now offers the option to make transfers to Israel, Georgia, Nepal and several other countries.

The publication’s correspondents were convinced of the possibility of transfers to Israel, Georgia, Morocco, Jordan, Nepal, Kuwait and Djibouti. However, it was not possible to verify whether the operation would take place, since in most of these countries it is difficult to find a recipient.

From the application data it follows that funds can be transferred to the specified states to individuals: up to 350 thousand rubles, subject to the issuance of cash. The commission for said operation will be 1.5% of the amount.

The option to make a transfer to a legal entity is also shown (but this functionality is not yet available). Depending on the conditions, it will be possible to send up to 20 million rubles, the commission will be 1%. However, the completion of the operation will have to wait one to three days.

In addition, VTB mobile banking now offers the opportunity to send money to Turkey, as announced in 2023 by the vice-chairman of the organization’s board of directors, Anatoly Pechatnikov.

Since 2007, VTB has had a subsidiary in India, but transfers to this country are only announced in the application. In the fall, VTB promised to start transfers to India in September.

VTB did not respond to the publication’s request.
