A video that has gone viral shows two men trying to push the 2.5-tonne beast, which Tesla says is “solid and tough enough to go anywhere.” The operator’s cheerful laughter can be heard behind the scenes.

Naturally, social networks didn’t miss the opportunity to make fun of the latest Cybertruck embarrassment.

“This shining example of ‘masculinity’ stopped by our beach in Santa Cruz and, of course, got stuck,” wrote Sebastian de Wit, co-founder of iPhone app Halide. “This car really becomes a symbol of bad choices in life.”

De Wit was likely referring to other incidents involving the controversial Tesla pickup truck, which began production late last year. A YouTuber who believes in Elon Musk tested the Cybertruck for buoyancy.

That is why several cases have been recorded in winter when the Cybertruck got stuck in snow and ice. To be fair, in most of these cases it is the driver who is “at fault”, not the car itself.
