Superjob’s annual survey on unusual gifts for International Women’s Day yielded another valuable set of funny answers: among unusual gifts for March 8, women named the front door to the apartment, a pot with soil, a pillow , a microscope, pickled mushrooms, life butterflies, jam, watermelon, a song, gasoline, chess and sex.

These options appeared in the “Other” column and together obtained a score of 1%, the study notes. The majority of Russian women responded that they did not receive unusual gifts for the holiday (40%).
Of the young women who received something unusual, 8% noticed flowers (the choice was surprising: “blossoming prickly pear”, for example), 6% – pets, 3% – original travel and kitchen utensils.
In 2023, among the most unusual gifts were pickles, a compass, a fisherman’s game, a lottery ticket, summer tires, an alarm clock, an hourglass, etc.
