RPA is one of the business process automation technologies. Robots perform repetitive actions according to a certain algorithm, for example, checking information, processing data or generating reports.
“The decision to include RPA in the classifier will allow developers of this type of solutions to receive development subsidies and preferential loans, as well as participate in public procurement,” said Dmitry Sheverev, head of the frontend development department at SimbirSoft.
According to IDC, the RPA market in Russia amounted to 8.7 billion rubles in 2022, and in 2023 it was expected to reach 12.9 billion rubles. The publication’s interlocutors affirm that currently less than a thousand companies in the country use this technology.
