The amount of the fee will be calculated individually based on many factors, for example, the population density of the city, the location of the order delivery point and its billing.
The minimum fee is 1 ruble and will be paid by members with “non-promoted” points.
“The calculation will change for approximately 10% of the most “mature” points,” notes the Ozon press service. Ozon point owners will receive the first payments from the new payment system in May.
The maximum level of remuneration of agents for collection points will remain at the level of 5% of the turnover, and the minimum for points with greater traffic and high turnover minus the service fee will be 3% of the turnover of the spot.
Ozon will use the funds from the fees to invest in attracting customers, ensuring affordable prices, promoting collection points and other purposes, the market’s press service highlighted.
