AGV robots are autonomous transportation systems that can move cargo in a warehouse without human intervention. They are equipped with modern navigation technologies, smart sensors and can also learn on their own.

The functionality of robots: from moving pallets of goods to solving complex problems in the organization of logistics processes in a warehouse.

Vkusville started a robotization project during the pandemic; The company then faced scaling and order processing issues. The chain partner improved the functionality of the robots taking into account the needs of the retailer.

The company tested partial robotization of the Domodedovo distribution center using F-02 autonomous forklifts. Thanks to them, it was possible to achieve greater precision in inventory management. Vkusville expects resource savings of 20-30%.

“We will build processes step by step and introduce robots into the “permanent” life of the warehouse. By the end of the year, our plan is to transfer 30% of transfer operations from the receiving area to the storage area to robotic mode,” said Alesya Sheremetyeva, supply chain and supply chain manager at Vkusville.
