Pavel Durov spoke about Telegram’s bond placement for $330 million, the company’s founder wrote about this on his Telegram channel.
“The number of subscribers to this bond offering exceeded the offer and we were glad that the highest level global funds with an impeccable reputation became participants,” Durov noted.
