There was a failure in the Telegram messenger. This is evidenced in the data of the services to monitor the correct functioning of Internet resources.

According to the Downradar service, complaints about Telegram malfunctioning began to arrive around 20:45 Moscow time. Users report being unable to download and send content, as well as difficulties sending messages.

Complaints about the operation of Telegram come mainly from users in Moscow. Subsequently, users from other countries, particularly Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, began reporting problems with the messenger.

Over the last month, Telegram crashed for the third time. On March 12, Messenger froze and did not allow sending messages, on March 4 there were problems loading multimedia content.

Downradar also shows that problems are observed in the work of many mobile operators, in particular Megafon and Tele2.
