The United States updated the list of sanctions against Russia and added two natural persons and twenty legal entities to it. The updated SDN List is posted on the US Office of Foreign Assets Control website.
Sanctions were imposed, in particular, on the company Atomize. It is a digital financial asset platform that was the first in Russia to receive permission from the Central Bank to issue and put these assets into circulation. Atomize’s investor is, in particular, the Interros investment group.
“The restrictions introduced do not affect the operation of the platform in any way. “Atomize continues to work steadily in the interests of all its customers,” Atomize’s press service reported.
In addition, the United States has imposed restrictions on the Lighthouse company. This is a developer of a digital financial ecosystem that was the first in Russia to launch a digital factoring platform with an exchange-based financing model.
In February, as part of the twelfth package of anti-Russian sanctions, the United States introduced restrictions on the NSPK, the National Payment Card System, which is the operator of the Mir payment system.
