The legal entity of the BPMSoft low-code platform, Lanit Omni LLC, has received new owners. Since March 20, minority stakes in the project belong to three senior managers of the Lanit group, as follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

The founders of Lanit Omni LLC were Lanit Omni CEO Yuri Vostrikov, CEO of IT integrator Norbit (also part of the Lanit group) Anton Chekhonin and Lanit Vice President Vladimir Vertogradov.

Thus, according to the Kontur.Focus system, the shares owned by Lanit Omni LLC are distributed as follows: 95% belong to Lanit-Holding LLC, 3% belong to Yuri Vostrikov, 1% to Anton Chekhonin and Vladimir Vertogradov each.

Lanit’s press service did not comment on the changes.

Irina Egorova, head of the corporate and tax practice at the Intercession law firm, believes that the changes can be considered as a motivation program for top management.

  • Lanit Omni LLC was founded in April 2010 and develops the low-code BPMSoft platform for automating CRM and internal business processes.
