The question of changing the company’s head will be considered at the next meeting of the Board of Directors. The main executive director of M. Video-Cadorado will continue to be Sergey Lee, said the RBC interlocutors.

Professional career. Gorokhov took the position of General Director of M. Video-Cadorado in August 2022. In this position, he replaced Alexei Sukhov, who left the company for his own will. Before this, Terokhov was a member of the Board of Directors of M. Video and Eldorado Networks, and in 2017-2020 he was the general director of PJSC M.Video.

LIB in 2012-2021 was the executive director and executive vice president of AFK System. In 2022-2024 he served as general director of Natura Siberica and received 1.42% of this company. After leaving the post in the middle of last year, the Superior Manager became president of the Board of Directors of the Cosmetic Company.

Context. A possible change in the Director General of M. Video-Cadorado is produced in the context of the reports on the sale of a group. At the end of January, Vdomosti sources reported that the company’s owners are negotiating with one of the banks. One of the interlocutors said that the group has already made an audit and discusses a possible agreement with Promsvyazbank. The company said no rumors were commented.

• According to Spark-Inrfax, the income of MVM LLC (the main legal entity of M. Video-Cadorado) in 2023 amounted to 433 billion rubles with a clean loss of 7.5 billion rubles. The company began to demonstrate losses in 2022.
• During three quarters of 2024, video-demolated sales increased by 8% of the year and reached 387 billion rubles. According to the results of the first half of last year, the net debt amounted to 79.3 billion rubles.
