Last month, the company announced that shares of Russian startups would appear on the platform. The size of the attracted investments ranges from 20 to 200 million rubles.
According to bizmall, in 2022 the demand for the acquisition of prefabricated companies in the Russian market increased by 15%. In 2023, it increased another 11%. The company points out the risks for both parties of being victims of fraud, so the platform launches a secure online platform for purchase and sale transactions of prefabricated businesses and prefabricated rental businesses.
As part of the new direction, bizmall offers a complete range, from auditing to packaging and transfer of ownership.
Today, bizmall is considered the only business intermediation platform operating under the supervision of the Bank of Russia, the company notes.
According to Roman Pavlovich, founder and chief product officer of bizmall, the company takes note of requests from investors and institutional partners to carry out M&A transactions.
“At the same time, the business intermediation market remains outside this sphere, although fraudulent schemes always occur here, and we intend to correct this with the help of our sophisticated business verification mechanisms,” Pavlovich explained.
When purchasing a ready-made business on bizmall, the platform provides pre-sale preparation, including extensive transaction experience and support.
Bizmall is currently preparing to enter the IPO market. The company expects to attract 1 billion to 1.6 billion rubles with an estimated capitalization of 4 billion to 7 billion rubles by early 2025. In the middle of this year Bismall Financial Platform JSC is expected to hold a pre-IPO and place its shares for a limited number of investors.
