He later deleted these messages because the social network X began to reduce the views of these messages.
But this did not work: the plaintiff is sure that the employer would not have paid attention to his messages if his colleague had not reported on him. And the managers of the social network Block very quickly threw Happe out on the street without severance pay. At the same time, the woman alleges that she “expressed her political views, ideas, or beliefs in a satirical form” that was allegedly encouraged by Block’s internal rules.
Happe now accuses Block and Dorsey of personally violating his rules.
