Digital Foundry experts, who have been closely examining both systems since their launch in 2020, have finally made their decision: There is no clear winner. The consoles are almost equal in terms of performance.

Some games run better on PlayStation 5, others on Xbox Series X. However, these differences are minimal and barely noticeable to the naked eye.

But on paper, the Xbox Series X has a slight advantage. However, in real conditions this situation is balanced.

According to Digital Foundry, Microsoft needs to pay more attention to game optimization for the Xbox Series X to reach its full potential.

It is also worth noting that PlayStation 5 is well ahead of Xbox Series X in sales.
