The educational holding company Ultimate Education bought 100% of the International Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIIN). This was reported to RB.RU by a representative of the holding company.

“MIIN is a leading project in the nutrition and health advice industry, known in the market for its high quality of education, scientific and methodological base and a large community,” explained the purchase, CEO of Ultimate Education, Nikita Podlipsky, whose words are quoted in the message.
MIIN will be integrated into the holding company, so Ultimate Education plans to launch new educational products.
“In the fifth or sixth year of its life, MIIN entered that stage of development where it needs serious system management and optimized processes. That is why I decided to sell the business to a strong strategic partner,” said MIIN founder Nata Gonchar.
Gonchar will remain on the project as an expert mastermind and president of the Association of Nutritionists and Health Coaches (ANCH).
- Ultimate Education was founded by the investment company Ultimate Capital in 2020. It unites the online industrial schools Bang Bang Education (BBE), Moscow Digital School, Fashion Factory School, XYZ, Psychodemia and MAED. Revenue at the end of 2023 amounted to 1.9 billion rubles (an increase of 72% year-on-year). The total number of students in Ultimate Education schools exceeds 300 thousand people.
- MIIN offers educational programs in the field of nutrition and unites the community of nutritionists of the Russian Federation – the Association of Nutritionists and Health Consultants (more than 16.5 thousand participants). The institute was founded in 2018 by nutritionist Nata Gonchar.
