Kommersant sources in the real estate market reported that the Termoland chain, owned by the Osnova group of companies, is negotiating with Gazprombank for the lease of these spaces.

President and co-owner of the Osnova group of companies, Alexander Ruchev, confirmed plans to open Termoland complexes in ten mega shopping centers. The first shopping center in which Termoland could open will be Mega in Kazan.

IKEA, controlled by the Swedish Ingka centers, had 15 stores throughout Russia with a total area of ​​more than 400 thousand square meters. m, emerges from the company’s report. IKEA left the Russian market in August 2022, laid off 10,000 employees and closed all its stores in the country.

As of September 2023, Ingka Centers owned 14 Mega shopping centers with a total area of ​​2.3 million square meters. m in Moscow, Moscow region, Leningrad region and other regions. Subsequently, the rights to these objects were transferred to Gazprombank.
