Ilya Alekseev became the development director of the MTS subsidiary in the field of work with media assets, reported MTS Media, the press service of the online cinema MTS KION. Previously, he served as CEO of Spotify in Russia and the CIS.
At MTS Media, Alekseev will be responsible for business activities, look for opportunities for business growth, and implement plans to improve the company’s key performance indicators and the KION streaming platform.
From 2019 to 2023, Alekseev led business operations as CEO of Spotify in Russia and the CIS. From 2018 to 2019, he was the Associate General Manager of Digital Business at Media Instinct Group, an advertising group. Prior to that, Alekseev worked as a sales director at Facebook, where he was responsible for the development of the company’s business in Russia.
