62% of respondents named Moscow and the Moscow region as the most attractive regions for business development, 32% considered St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region as such, 24% considered the Krasnodar Territory.

The majority of respondents (72%) cited lack of start-up capital as the main obstacle to starting a business, 37% noted lack of experience and knowledge, and 35% complained about lack of necessary connections and acquaintances.

The study was carried out on the basis of the results of a survey of 3.6 thousand respondents from all regions of Russia.
