The investment group Tiltech has withdrawn capital from the Startech entrepreneurship ecosystem. The changes are reflected in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and RB.RU drew attention to them.
JSC Tiltech owned 20% of LLC Starteh, the group has been present in the company’s capital since its foundation. Since April 4, the sole owner of this share is businessman Vladimir Smirnov. Tiltech confirmed the fact of the transaction, but did not disclose its details.
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Vladimir Smirnov is the founder or co-founder of six organizations, in particular the mobile advertising agency Priority, the perfume and cosmetics manufacturer Krygina Cosmetics and the New Overland Grain Corridor holding company.
Startech is a venture ecosystem that develops technology entrepreneurship through startup programs, community, and early-stage investments.
The Tiltech investment association brings together several projects; The group’s fund periodically invests in Russian companies, for example, Divan ru, Food Miles, Noun.
