According to insider information, Qualcomm is working on Snapdragon X Plus SoC to compete directly with Apple on MacBook. It is important for Qualcomm to develop chips that can compete with Apple’s ARM platforms and support the Snapdragon X65 5G modem for future affordable Windows laptops with 5G technology. Apple computers do not yet have such functions.
According to the leak, the vendor is developing two versions of the Snapdragon X Plus chip with model numbers X1P44100 and X1P46100, distinguishing them from the Snapdragon
The Snapdragon X Plus is assumed to be a scaled-down version of the Snapdragon X Elite in terms of performance. Maybe this problem can be solved by using fewer cores.
