The Central Bank’s management can receive service pistols

As follows from the draft government resolution, senior employees of the Bank of Russia will be entitled to carry small arms. The document that Frank Media drew attention to was drawn up by the Russian Guard. The department traditionally supplies weapons to the structures of the Central Bank, for example, to collectors.

To whom do you propose to deliver weapons?

As stated in the document, the right to bear arms should be granted to vice-presidents of the Central Bank and their advisers, branch managers and their deputies, as well as department managers and their deputies.

Until now, only employees of the Central Bank responsible for security, as well as employees of the Russian Association of Collection of the Bank of Russia, were allowed to carry military weapons.

What weapons can the Central Bank bosses get?

There are currently five types of pistols on the list. These are a Makarov pistol, a Yarygin pistol, several Glocks and seven submachine guns. For each type, two “loaded magazines” are provided.
