The second important sign of damage is overtraining, when concentration drops for no apparent reason, there is no progress, rapid heartbeat at rest and constant muscle pain. This includes sudden changes in mood and trauma.

The third sign is the onset of sleep disorders. If insomnia occurs during regular exercise, this indicates that a break is needed. The trainer emphasized that a full eight hours of sleep is necessary for the normal functioning of the body.
