Startup Puzzle PropTech raised 42 million rubles in an initial round of investments. The main investor was the Malina VC fund, which invested 21 million rubles, the fund’s co-founder Anton Pronin and Puzzle PropTech CEO Alexey Gorulev told RB.RU. The details of the transaction are not disclosed, information about it has not yet been reflected in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
Puzzle PropTech is developing an AI virtual assistant for building houses. The solution, in particular, uses artificial intelligence algorithms and models to perform digital analysis of estimates and prepare a conclusion on credit underwriting.
The startup is managed by Puzzle Proptech LLC, a legal entity registered in St. Petersburg. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in force at the time of this publication, in 2023 the company received income in the amount of 11 thousand rubles with a net loss of 21.4 million rubles. The main founder of the legal entity is Alexey Gorulev with a 61% stake, who holds the position of general director of the company.
