The Turbo series is now positioned as an affordable alternative to the top flagships, and judging by its characteristics, the new product has every chance to compete with them.
The new product is equipped with a huge 6.67-inch OLED display with ultra-thin bezels and a built-in fingerprint scanner. The screen resolution is 1.5K and the refresh rate is 120 Hz.
The smartphone’s triple camera includes a 50 MP Sony LYT-600 main sensor with optical stabilization (OIS) and an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens. Front camera – 20 MP.
Of particular note is the AI-based object removal function, which allows you to “remove” unnecessary elements from photos, similar to Google’s Magic Eraser.
The Redmi Turbo 3 processor is the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, which is a slightly simplified version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. The RAM capacity reaches 16 GB and the internal storage capacity is 1 TB.
The smartphone runs on Android 14 with the proprietary HyperOS shell. The starting price for the 12/256 GB version of the smartphone is $276. The 12/512GB and 16/512GB options are priced at $317 and $345 respectively.
