The legal entity of the data center MTS GreenBushDC replaced its founder. Now the owner of 100% of the shares of GDC Energy Group LLC is PJSC Mobile Telesystems, according to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
According to the registry, GDC Energy Group was previously owned by a Dutch company, Vostok Mobile BV, which is a subsidiary of MTS. It is still unknown what the new registration is due to: the MTS press service could not immediately comment on the situation.
MTS purchased GreenBushDC in June 2021. The transaction amount, taking into account net debt, amounted to 5.2 billion rubles.
GreenBushDC was launched in 2018 and is one of the largest data processing centers in Russia. Its design power is 19 MW, it operates more than 2 thousand racks in several rooms with an area of more than 5 thousand square meters. meter.
