Trade Galleries became the new owner of the assets on April 12. The company’s founders are Kama Capital JSC and Kama Capital Management Company, and the director is 23-year-old Tagir Shaimardanov, CEO of Kama Capital Management Company.

Ceetrus’ website states that the company operated 40 shopping centers and galleries in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Volgograd and other Russian cities. The total area of ​​commercial premises in the company’s portfolio exceeded 150 thousand square meters. meter.
