Passengers can transport a container with a pet if it does not weigh more than 15 kg. The container must be rigid or semi-rigid, its dimensions must allow the animal to stand at full height and turn.

Maximum container dimensions in Economy and Comfort classes: semi-rigid – 50x35x32 cm, hard – 50x35x30 cm For Business class: semi-rigid – 50x40x40 cm, hard – 50x40x30 cm. The bag itself where the animal is transported must. They have a special handle and loop to securely attach it to the passenger seat.

Payment for the transportation of an animal in a passenger seat is made according to the adult passenger fare.

The company tested the service for three months. During the experiment, Aeroflot customers transported more than 900 animals, including birds. Based on the test results, the company increased the dimensions for transporting animals in the Business Class cabin.

Previously, on April 15, it became known that the MTS company allowed pets to enter street stores. There are no restrictions on the size of pets.
