The funds were contributed by 292 private investors. The deal was the fifth round on the Brainbox.VC platform in the last six months.

Dialext is a telephone conversation audit service that allows you to identify commercial problems in communication with customers. According to CEO Anton Safin, the startup works at the intersection of humanities and technical sciences: it takes into account the psychology of negotiations and sales.

Dialext will use the funds raised for marketing, technical platform improvements, as well as to hire and train employees.

Previously, the project existed with the founders’ own money and a subsidy from the Innovation Promotion Fund program.

The team’s immediate goals are to break even, launch a second round of investments, and enter Southeast Asian markets.

According to Brainbox.VC’s own data, as of April 2023, investments worth more than 62 million rubles were attracted through the platform. There are more than 6.8 thousand registered users on the platform. Placing projects on the platform began in September 2023.

RB.RU organizes a project meeting Founders Monday for beginners and experienced entrepreneurs. Twice a month on Mondays.
