Build 19045.4353 doesn’t include any radical new features, but it does include one change that may bother some users: Microsoft is testing a new banner in Settings designed to entice local account holders to switch to Microsoft accounts.

According to Microsoft, switching to their account backs up all your data and helps you manage your subscriptions. You can add additional security measures to protect your account.

If you don’t want to see intrusive suggestions, go to Settings > Privacy > General and turn off “Show recommended content in the Settings app.” You can also click the close button next to “Sign In Now”.
