The new holding company Cian Technology Ltd, registered in the Republic of Seychelles, will move to the Russian Federation, Cian said in a statement.

He also notes that the restructuring will not affect the company’s business processes.
Subject to compliance with necessary preconditions, including receipt of necessary corporate and regulatory approvals, Cian Technology is expected to change its domicile in the Russian Federation and become a public company listed on the Moscow Stock Exchange.
In relation to the planned changes, the company also plans to make a series of proposals to shareholders.
- “Cian” is an online platform for real estate ads. The company is represented throughout Russia and is one of the 16 most popular real estate advertising resources in the world in terms of traffic (according to SimilarWeb traffic data from March 2024).
- The Cyan Group will delist from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in 2023.
