Experiments conducted in the laboratory of BelSU National Research University showed that this drink contains a high amount of antioxidants, and this substance can prevent kidney damage during X-ray contrast procedures.
The non-alcoholic wine was made using original technology from northern grape varieties specially selected and grown by university geneticist breeders in the botanical garden of BelSU National Research University. The plant, developed by university physicists, makes it possible to remove alcohol while preserving and even increasing the amount of beneficial substances such as polyphenols and other antioxidants, the university added.
Professor Vladimir Pokrovsky, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Director of the Research Institute of Life Systems Pharmacology at BelSU National Research University, emphasized that the antioxidant properties of this wine can help prevent endothelial dysfunction during inflammation, including post-Covid syndrome.
