The most digital city where candidates are most often hired remotely using MTS Hello is Barnaul: in the last eight months, 75% of employees have been hired in the MTS ecosystem completely online. It is followed by Ulyanovsk, with 72% of the candidates, Samara, 50% and Moscow, 37%. Krasnodar closes the top five, where 29% of people complete registration remotely.

Initially, the MTS Hello project was launched in the regions where MTS customer service centers are located, for which remote hiring of employees is especially relevant. Now the system operates throughout the country.

In total, over the past year, about 15 thousand people were hired using MTS Hello, on average more than 200 candidates use this system every day; Contact center specialists, back office specialists, developers and engineers were primarily hired remotely.

“Our remote employment tool gives candidates from different cities in Russia the opportunity to join the MTS team. We have not only created a comfortable working environment for future employees, but also increased the efficiency of the employment process. If you translate the results of MTS Hello into hours, you will get a complete workflow that would be carried out by two HR employees. HR specialists can now spend their free time solving other problems.””commented the director of the MTS personnel attraction and recruitment center, Kristina Sergienko.

By reducing labor costs and switching to electronic document management, which does not require printing, delivery and storage of personal documents, in the last eight months alone, MTS has saved 2.7 million rubles on online employment in Ulyanovsk, 2 million rubles in Moscow, 1, 6 million rubles – in Samara, 1 million rubles each – in Barnaul and Krasnodar.

MTS Hello is a remote employment and candidate pre-boarding system, which helps to accompany the applicant from the moment of receiving an offer to applying for employment, including signing an employment contract using an electronic signature. The project began operating in the middle of last year and is integrated into the ecosystem’s internal human resources platforms, which guarantees a fluid process of interaction between all participants in the process.
