The average monthly salary of Russians before personal income tax will exceed 100,000 rubles in 2027. This follows from the scenario conditions of the socio-economic development forecast of the Ministry of Economic Development for the period 2025-2027, reports Vedomosti” .

According to the Ministry’s estimates, the level of 100,000 rubles will be exceeded in both the basic and conservative scenarios, which assume a rapid depreciation of the ruble and higher inflation. By the end of 2027, the salary will reach 103.4 thousand rubles.
According to the basic forecast of the department, in 2024 salaries will increase by almost 10,000 rubles (13.6% compared to last year) and will reach 84,000 rubles. However, later on the growth rate will begin to slow down. In the conservative scenario, salaries will increase to 100.6 thousand rubles in 2027.
The Ministry of Energy expects the active population to grow slowly in the coming years: from 2004 to 2027 it will go from 76 million to 76.3 million people. Unemployment, according to the department, will stabilize at 3% over the next four years.
