The author of the “Marathon of Wishes” Elena Blinovskaya intends to go to the Arbitration Court to declare bankruptcy. A message about this was published in Fedresurs.
According to the information in the resource, the creditors of IP Blinovskaya Elena Olegovna are the Federal Tax Service of Russia and VTB Bank.
In April 2023, a criminal case was opened against Blinovskaya for tax evasion and money laundering. According to the investigation, Blinovskaya failed to pay 918 million rubles in taxes between 2019 and 2021.
The court subsequently confiscated and arrested about 100 million rubles belonging to Blinovskaya, as well as 21 real estate properties. In addition, the court imposed provisional measures on 50 bank accounts and collectible gold coins.
In March 2024, Blinovskaya was charged in the final version. Previously, the blogger’s arrest was extended until July 26, 2024.
