Artificial intelligence and virtual reality are increasingly being used in Russia to test flats in new buildings and study buyer preferences when designing homes. Denis Zhalnin, General Director of the Vinzer federal wall materials factory, believes that these technologies help create the ideal home for a specific target audience and test it in virtual reality.

Experts state that artificial intelligence is becoming more accessible and labor costs are increasing, so the use of these technologies will become more widespread. There are already projects in Russia where you can not only see an apartment in 3D, but also “live” in it, choose a virtual character and evaluate all aspects of your future residence.

Experts predict that in the near future there will be a real breakthrough in the use of artificial intelligence and virtual reality in Russian construction: from analysis and design of customer requests to the sale of finished objects.
