Wildberries announced the possibility of partner collection points (POPs) challenging the ratings of “1”, “2” and “3”. This is stated in the Telegram channel “WBPoint Training”.

You can challenge ratings that are not accompanied by a comment or that are accompanied by a non-constructive comment, for example with the word “all”, a period, or a set of characters.
You can also dispute reviews about products and delivery.
Next to the evaluation, partners will have a “Dispute” button, clicking on which will automatically create a ticket. If the assessment is successfully challenged, the collection point owner will receive an automatic notification and the weight of the disputed assessment will be significantly lower.
If the assessment is not disputed, the owner will receive an automatic notification stating the reason.
You can challenge the rating only once, both in the case of a positive rating and in the case of a negative rating.
