According to Gorny, the partners expect a “disproportionate number of unicorns” among these projects.

“The essence is like any union. We find interesting companies, we negotiate with them the possibility of investing and we invite (almost) everyone to invest with us,” Gorny explained.

As clarified by the businessman, the investments are made through the Angellist platform for collective investments in startups.

Requirements for investors:

– residence outside Russia and Belarus;

– storage of funds outside Russia and Belarus;

– Qualified investor status from the US point of view (more than $200,000 of personal income in each of the last years).

Make AI learn and improve: Choose online courses from the machine learning course catalog.

The minimum investment check will be 10 thousand dollars, the union will receive 20% of the investment profit.
