South African women have the largest average hip size, according to a new study. This height is 105.9 cm. Next comes Argentina (104 cm) and Sweden (103.9 cm).
Greece and Germany rank fourth and fifth with 103.4 and 103.1 cm, respectively. The USA ranked sixth with 102 cm.
However, Indian women have thinner hips. This is 91.6 cm. This is because this country ranks second to last in obesity among nearly 200 countries.
