HBO reveals how to save 50% off when upgrading to max

Max, the HBO platform, will arrive in Spain on May 21 with very interesting changes compared to the current streaming service, including a wider catalog, improved search and much more. On the other hand, Premium with 4K and Dolby Atmos supports up to four devices simultaneously and up to 100 downloads, priced at €13.99 per month or €139 per year.

Now, HBO has confirmed that all customers who currently have HBO Max will become part of Max starting May 21 and will automatically be assigned to the Standard plan. This includes those who have a 50% discount. And as HBO confirmed to this medium, supply will remain at Max.. That is, those who currently pay 4.99 euros per month will also pay 4.99 euros in Max.

Now HBO says that Any change to the plan will render the offer inactive.. In other words, if you have a lifetime 50% discount and want to upgrade to the Premium Plan, you will no longer have a discount and will pay €13.99 per month. Please remember that once an offer is deactivated, you will not be able to restore it.

So you don’t need to change anything about your plan if you want to keep your Max discount.

However, it is likely that users may add optional sports package, the subscription price of which is 5 euros per month. Thus, if a user with a 50% lifetime subscription wants to add this add-on, he will pay 9.99 euros per month instead of 14.99 euros per month.
