The OpenAI CEO’s comments came after the company announce an event is scheduled for Monday, May 13th and is intended to showcase updates to ChatGPT and GPT-4. It will be available to watch via streaming on the company’s official website, starting at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (7:00 p.m. in Spain).

Altman shared the post via X (Twitter) and clarified that the intended ChatGPT search or similar would not be displayed. “It’s not GPT-5 or a search engine, but we’re working hard on some new things that we think people will like!”“, the businessman pointed out.
