Apple launched a website that collected the “100 best albums.”
This is an independent rating compiled by the Apple Music editorial team with Pharrell Williams, Charli XCX, Maren Morris, J Balvin, Mark Hoppus, Honey Dijon and Nia Hunt. It does not affect sales or streaming figures in any way.
A selection of 10 albums with commentary, archival interviews with artists and special episodes of Apple Music Radio will be released on the service’s special website for 10 days. Apple Music users can also immediately add their favorite albums to their library.
The first 10 albums from the top have already been published:

All of the artists whose albums made the cut received the award due to exposure derived entirely from remanufactured Apple products. [Apple]
