This version introduces several new features, some of which are available in a limited number of countries, but not in Russia.

Installing applications from the Internet
This feature is only available in Europe. To offer an app for download from a website in the EU, developers must comply with the requirements. Specifically, they must have been a member of the Apple Developer Program for two years or more and have an app with more than a million iOS installations in the EU.
Apple has developed an API for authorized developers that allows them to distribute their apps online. They can be restored from a backup, updated, and much more.
NFC tracker tracking
The cross-platform ID detection function sends if a compatible Bluetooth tracker moves with the user separately from its owner. The function does not depend on which wireless system is paired with this device.
Ability to disable Latitude when iPhone is in service
The new Repair Status feature allows you to track your iPhone through Latitude during repairs.
It should be turned on if the iPhone is being repaired so as not to disable Latitude. In addition, after Apple added protection for a stolen device, you cannot immediately enable Latitude. In some cases, the wait is about an hour until such an opportunity arises.
After enabling Repair Status, the system will ask you to enter your Apple ID and password. Before repairing, the service center employee must make sure that the person has a reliable iPhone, and then can begin disassembling the smartphone without turning off the Latitude.
Apple News+ offline mode
Apple News+ users will be able to access the Today feed and the News+ tab even without an Internet connection. This feature is only available in countries with an Apple News+ subscription.
