According to Raisa Donskoy, head of the Property Management Department of the Moscow Research Institute of Industrial History, the redistribution of shares may be due to the founder’s desire to purchase assets to retain more profits.
If a company demonstrates positive financial results, the founder may be interested in increasing his stake, explains the expert.

Net profit at the end of last year decreased to 344 thousand rubles. A year earlier, the profit was 6.3 million rubles.
