Almost one in five people said that it is important to them that the child likes work. Another 15% of respondents consider the stability of the company to be an important criterion. 12% of parents cited prospects for career growth and professional development as a key factor.
Only 2% of parents were satisfied with their children working remotely; Among the disadvantages of this type of work they mentioned limited social connections and isolation.
The survey revealed that 14% of men and 11% of women criticize their children’s workplace. The most popular reason is a small salary, as well as inconvenient hours and a large workload.
