State-owned China Ocean Shipping Group (COSCO) has launched the world’s largest water container, Greenwater 01.
It is completely at work in electricity. A 50 MWh (50,000 kWh) battery is responsible for power supply.
USA batteries in special containers that are the same size as standard 20-foot containers. Each container holds a 1600 kWh battery. If necessary, they can be added to increase autonomy.
Greenwater 01 will operate between Shanghai and Nanjing. The distance between the cities is approximately ~350 km.
