Softline Group announced its entry into the Middle East market; The IT company is opening a center in the United Arab Emirates. It will become a knowledge center and will allow promoting Russian solutions and services in the Middle East market. This is reported by the Softline press service.

The opening of a representative office in Dubai is in line with Softline’s international expansion strategy. Previously, the group opened a Hub in Kazakhstan.

In the Middle East market, Softline will develop and offer its own products and services. In addition, the company will promote solutions from national suppliers. As part of a unified approach, the companies will provide a full range of IT services, from implementation and technical support to technical support.

As Alexander Rozhkov, director of international business development at the Softline group, explained, the company sees cybersecurity and business solutions based on AI, computer vision and IoT as a priority in the Middle East market.

“Going forward, we plan to further develop our overseas resource centers and deepen our penetration into the Middle East and Central Asia regions. The Softline group of companies plans to increase its presence in these territories, both by increasing staff in already opened centers and gradually opening new representative offices,” Rozhkov is quoted in the group’s press service.

In early April, former president of VimpelCom, Rashid Ismailov, became the new chairman of the board of directors of Softline.
