You’ll need to purchase it through the App Store or Google Play and then pay for purchases in bots and applets. Developers will be able to display it using TON.
Telegram is most likely introducing changes due to a warning from Apple, which notified the messenger about a violation of the App Store policy by bots, regarding internal payments.
According to the Durov Code project, there is a possibility that the previous scheme for the purchase of digital goods and services will continue to be available in versions of applications downloaded from outside the App Store and Google Play.
