What is Olga Namova known for?

In 2013, Olga Naumova headed the Pyaterochka retail chain (part of the X5 Group). Under her leadership, the company was able to surpass its main competitor, Magnit, in both number of stores and revenue.

In June 2018, Naumova headed Magnit itself, but worked there for only a year and left the company due to disagreements with the board of directors over the development strategy.

In 2022, she became general director of the Russian Fisheries Industry Company (RRPC). She will leave the position of head of the RRPK “in connection with the execution of the assigned tasks and the expiration of the contract.”
Wildberries was founded in 2004 by spouses Tatyana and Vladislav Bakalchuk. In 2023, market revenue increased by 70% to 539 billion rubles and net profit by 87% to 19 billion rubles.
