Bradesco customers began to complain about difficulties in using the bank’s application this Wednesday morning (29). The main problem, according to customers, was that transfers were processed through Pix.

According to Down Detector, problems such as not being able to log in to the application and internet banking transactions were also reported.

The website, which monitors online services, said the main complaints occurred in the cities of São Paulo, Curitiba, Recife and Rio de Janeiro.

Additionally, according to Down Detector, the number of reported issues started increasing around 11 a.m. this Wednesday and peaked around 1 p.m. At this time there were already more than 250 bug reports.
