34% of complaints come from Moscow and the Moscow region, 12% from St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, 6% from the Nizhny Novgorod region, 4% from the Novosibirsk and Volgograd regions.

According to Downdetector, residents of Türkiye, India, Brazil, and Uzbekistan are reporting difficulties with the messenger. Users in these countries encountered problems with the mobile application and the web version of the messenger.
